For this is what the LORD says: "To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, who choose what pleases me and hold fast to my covenant- to them I will give within my temple and its walls a memorial and a name better than sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name that will not be cut off. And foreigners who bind themselves to the LORD to serve him, to love the name of the LORD, and to worship him, all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to my covenant- these I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL NATIONS." The Sovereign LORD declares— he who gathers the exiles of Israel: "I will gather still others to them besides those already gathered."

From this was birthed what we call HOPFAN (HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL NATIONS). God has given us a vision for revival in Orange County and the world, and a passion to see that vision come to pass. In our prayer sets we lift up the Orange County, California, the United States, and the Nations. As we contend for the things of heaven to be made manifest, we walk in a great heritage. Every great outpouring starting from Pentecost, the Moravian missions movement, the Great Awakenings, to Azusa Street started and continued with long term prayer meetings. It is our desire that Blessed International Fellowship will be known as a House of Prayer for All Nations.

During the summer of 2009 God gave us an additional vision and mandate for our ministry. The passage that God gave us was Amos 9:11:

On that day I will raise up The tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, And repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, And rebuild it as in the days of old;

The Tabernacle of David is known for its freedom in worship. It is a place where we can enter into the holy of holies and worship in the glorious presence of God. In this place is complete abandonment and freedom. We know that it is God’s will for His Spirit to descend in power. We seek for the fullness of heaven to be made manifest in our region. As we have our worship and prayer sets, we see God break in with increasing glory. As people come and sit in the glory, they encounter God in His love and power. We are witnessing people set free from physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments- all in the glory without a person laying on of hands. We long for the day when the whole region will have the heavenly atmosphere founded on worship and prayer.
